    This paper aims to give an in-depth analysis of MNCs’ behavior in a global context. More specifically, how MNCs manage to preserve a global cultural identity while being locally integrated and assimilated to every single market they operate in, and to what extent.
    We will be diving deep into the globalization process of Comdata Group, the company where I undertook my internship, and ultimately interviewing the CEO of the group who gave us a lot of insights on how MNCs manage to combine their international footprint with the local expertise when penetrating a new market abroad, which allow them to succeed in the latter.
